Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the billing process and the terms and conditions under which Nuphy Australia ("Nuphy," "we," "our," or "us") will issue invoices and process payments. By availing our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Billing Process: 1.1. Invoicing: Upon completion of the services or products provided by Nuphy Australia, we will issue an invoice to the email address provided during registration. If you do not receive the invoice within one (1) day, please contact us immediately at to request a copy. 1.2. Invoice Details: Each invoice will include the billing name, billing address, and billing phone number provided during registration. Additionally, the invoice will contain our company's Australian Business Number (ABN) for taxation purposes.

  2. Payment Terms: 2.1. Due Date: Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice unless stated otherwise on the invoice itself. 2.2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via electronic bank transfer or any other payment method specified by Nuphy Australia. Details for payment methods will be provided on each invoice. 2.3. Late Payments: In the event of late payments, Nuphy Australia reserves the right to charge interest at the maximum rate permitted by law on the overdue amount. 2.4. Disputed Invoices: If you believe there is an error on an invoice, you must notify us within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Failure to do so will be considered an acknowledgment that the invoice is accurate.

  3. Termination and Suspension: 3.1. Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services provided by Nuphy Australia. 3.2. Outstanding Balances: If there are any outstanding balances, Nuphy Australia may withhold services or products until the balance is settled.

  4. Taxes: 4.1. Goods and Services Tax (GST): Unless otherwise stated, all fees and charges are exclusive of GST. If applicable, GST will be added to the invoice amount as per Australian taxation regulations.

  5. Confidentiality: 5.1. All billing information provided by the Customer, including personal and financial details, will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for billing and payment purposes.

  6. Changes to Billing Terms: 6.1. Nuphy Australia reserves the right to update or modify these Billing Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes through email or our website.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
