I understand the listing states the set contains 36 switches, but realistically, no one sits down and counts the number of keys on a keyboard before placing an order. Buyers reasonably expect a switch set sold for a specific keyboard model to cover the full board, not a partial amount that needs to be topped up separately. This meant I had to order additional switches and pay the shipping fee a second time, just to finish a single keyboard. But in my case, I just end up not order additional, perhaps, not order anything from Nuphy anymore. I’d suggest making this much clearer at the point of purchase — for example, stating plainly on the product page: “This set covers X of Y keys; you’ll need [amount] to fill the full board.” That would save both your customers and your support team the hassle of sorting this out after the fact.
